- Two tee starts require a minimum of two staff (£250 pp)

- Standing pods require an extra member of staff - £300 each (plus £250 for extra

- Extra staff - £250 pp (N.B. needed for touchscreen pods and multi tee starts)
- Staff travel day - £125 (1/2 staff day rate)
- Printed scorecards - £250
- Photography - £600 (Onsite print – additional £200)
- VPAR signage – Nil (subject to availability)
- VPAR tee markers – Nil (subject to availability)
- Travel – £0.50 per mile
- Subs – breakfast / lunch / dinner (when required)
- Accommodation – if venue is more than an hour from West London
- Club internet charges – Vary
